Step feederACESThe step feeder has been designed and developed for the loading of long billets at high speeds. Contrary to the vibrating bowl, limited to an output speed of 7 cm/s, the step feeder can reach up to 50 cm/s. ACES provides a full range of step feeders for billet sections from 30 mm to 240 mm and lengths up to 1500 mm. An automatic lubrication of the columns and the largely dimensioned back geared motors ensure you an outstanding lifetime.
