Our Engineering Department makes sure to design grinders suited to your products. Manufacturing customized equipment suited to your requirements is one of our strong points.

Any process, any product ... elastomers, plastics, foodstuff, mineral, chemical, vegetable and pharmaceutical products under the most varied forms: pieces, grains, scales, granules ... the list of products which can be treated by our Ultrafine grinders is unlimited.

Turnkey equipment ... our Engineering Department designs and develops complete grinding lines, from raw material feeding to finished product packaging. SEPTU designed and manufactured many "turnkey" equipment in the whole world.

Besides proper grinding operations, we also provide equipment for operations before and after grinding: silaging, crushing, granulation, ferrous material removal, sieving, cyclone separation, filtration, drying, bagging, packaging, etc ... For complete production lines, we have been working with specialized companies manufacturing experienced equipment compatible with our grinders.

Crushing, grinding and drying line. This scheme shows a crushing and grinding-drying line for mineral products, manufactured by SEPTU. This fully automated line also permits to dry the product, reducing its moisture content from 18% to less than 3%.
